Yes. We can port your existing number into the system or set you up with a new dedicated number. Either way, Kai answers when calls come in. For DIY plans, the wizard walks you through it; for Managed plans, we handle the porting and setup during onboarding.

For DIY plans, basic comfort with web apps is enough — there's a guided wizard and onboarding documentation. For Managed plans, zero technical knowledge needed: we build and run it for you, you just get the leads and bookings.
Yes. Google review automation (included on Pro tiers) auto-requests reviews after every customer interaction. Reviews land in your CRM where you can monitor and reply directly. On Managed Pro, we handle review monitoring and replies for you.
DIY plans are self-serve — you set up and run the system yourself using our guided tools. Managed plans — we set it up and run it for you. DIY starts at $197/mo with no setup fee. Managed starts at $497/mo plus a one-time setup fee equal to the monthly price. Same product, different operating model.

The CRM is your single source of truth for every lead and customer — contacts, conversations, bookings, deals. Funnels are landing pages and sales sequences that capture leads from your website, Facebook, Google ads, etc. Both are included on every plan.
Pradas AI is built on a complete CRM platform — it replaces or runs alongside your existing CRM. We can import contacts and pipeline data from most popular CRMs during onboarding. For specific integrations, contact us before signing up to confirm compatibility.
All standard plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime — no contracts, no commitments. The only exception is the HIPAA add-on, which requires a 12-month agreement (or annual prepay with 10% off) due to compliance and audit requirements.
All AI features and telecom usage are billed pay-per-usage at standard rates on every tier — you keep using the system without interruption, and you only pay for what you actually use. This applies to AI tools (Conversation AI, Reviews AI, Content AI, Workflow AI Assistant, Voice AI, and others) as well as phone minutes and SMS messages — all pass-through platform and carrier costs, not Pradas AI charges. No hidden overage fees, no capacity charges, no surprise bills for unused features.
You can add CRM capacity blocks anytime — +5,000 contacts at $33/mo, +10,000 at $60/mo, +25,000 at $140/mo, +50,000 at $250/mo, or +100,000 at $475/mo. Blocks are stackable, month-to-month, and can be added or removed anytime. If you're hitting multiple plan limits at the same time (users + contacts + features), upgrading the base tier may make more sense than stacking blocks.
Yes. You control when Kai is active — full schedule control by hour, day, or specific calendar overrides. You can also pause and resume the AI from your dashboard at any time. Useful for vacations, special events, or hybrid human/AI handling.
No — we serve solo operators (DIY Starter at $197/mo) all the way up to multi-location enterprises (Managed Pro at $1,497/mo). Pricing scales with team size, contact volume, and feature needs. Most clients are small-to-mid-size service businesses: beauty studios, dental practices, med spas, legal practices, home services.
Yes. We offer a HIPAA-compliant tier as an add-on for med spas, dermatology offices, dental practices, mental health practices, and other businesses handling protected health information (PHI). Includes BAA-eligible voice/chat AI agents, signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA), and full PHI audit logging.
$597/mo as an add-on attached to any base plan. Available with a 12-month agreement, or annual prepay of $6,447.60 (10% discount, equivalent to $537.30/mo). HIPAA is the only product with a contract — required for compliance and audit purposes. We schedule a 15-minute compliance call before activation.
Yes — 14-day free trial on DIY Starter. The other plans don't include trials because Managed plans require setup work on our end, and Pro plans include unlimited AI features we provision per client. All standard plans are month-to-month, so you can cancel after the first month if it's not a fit.

Yes. Upgrade anytime — the change takes effect on your next billing cycle. Downgrades work the same way, with one exception: HIPAA's 12-month agreement can't be downgraded mid-term. Switching between DIY and Managed mid-plan is also possible — contact us to coordinate the transition.
Yes — but every business sending SMS in the US needs A2P 10DLC carrier registration first, or messages get blocked. DIY clients complete this through a guided Trust Center wizard inside their sub-account. Managed clients have it handled by us as part of setup. Without registration, even the missed-call text-back won't deliver, so we don't skip this step on any plan.
